Cucumber and Cream Cheese

2 3 oz packages of cream cheese, softened

1 English cucumber - Roughly peel, scoop out and discard the seeds,

and chop the remaining.

Salt to taste

2 drops of hot sauce

Mayonnaise (enough to make for consistency in spreading)

1 drop of green food coloring

Soft white bread

Blend cucumber and mix with cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and hot sauce.

Spread onto bread and keep covered with a damp cloth in refrigerator until ready to serve.
