Mexican Corn Dip/Hot Corn Dip

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

8 oz shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 (11oz) can Mexican Corn


Mix corn, cheeses, sour cream and mayonnaise until fully combined. Spread the mixture in casserole dish and bake at 350, uncovered, until bubbly around the edges, about 30-40 minutes. Serve the dip warm from the oven with corn chips.
