Ken's Buffalo Wings

Ken got this recipe from Bill Reed who worked with him at Plant Vogtle. It was his family's recipe, and the Georgia Power team loved the wings!

Fry 5 pounds of wings unbreaded until crispy

Drain

Sauce Mix: 1 cup Oleo (or butter)

1 - 1 1/2 cups Louisiana Hot Sauce (4 packages, 6 oz)

Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Dry Basil

Coat cooked wings with about half of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with remainder of Hot Wing Sauce. You may mix with one jar of Kraft Sweet & Sour Sauce.
