Sausage Balls

Blend 1 pound of Mild Sausage, 1 10 oz pkg of cheddar cheese (grated), and 3 cups of Bisquick with hands.


Before blending let ingredients come to room temperature. You may fry your sausage before blending and drain a little of the grease off.


Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.


You may freeze and cook as needed. Just place on cookie sheet and quick freeze and place in container to remove as needed. Makes about 100-150 sausage balls depending on size.
